It’s easy and inexpensive to put together a one-page fact sheet highlighting your team members. Include a short bio under each photo. (Check with your attorney first before doing this idea. And, of course, you’ll need permission from every employee to use their photos and bios!)

What we like about doing Staff Sheets on our own computers is they can quickly and easily be changed or updated. Use a color printer for the best photos, and high quality paper. Photo paper is not necessary, but glossy paper (called coated paper by printers) makes a difference!
