To continue with John Wooden’s train of thought, just because the service tech went to the apartment (Activity) doesn’t necessarily mean the task was successfully accomplished (Achievement).

That’s why follow up calls or notes to residents after service requests are so important. Make sure the problem’s resolution was satisfactory.
