Hello Mindy,
I wanted to share an idea that piggybacks on the static cling window signs featured in the July/August, 2006 Rent & Retain issue.

While shopping for flip chart paper for a training class I found Easy Chart dry erase sheets at an Office Max. They are packaged in rolls of 12 for $19.99. The sheets are 23.5”x 31.5”. You could also cut the sheets into different sizes. They will cling to the walls and are reusable when you use dry erase markers! They would be wonderful for promotional information and calls to action in the clubhouse, callouts in models & mini model. They would be a great addition to a children’s corner too! Lots of possibilities!
