Increase Traffic

1. Market at high commute areas like bus stops, ferry terminals or toll booths.

This works especially well in metro areas. For example in New Jersey, we had a tremendous amount of commuters from New York city that would take the ferry every day. One morning a month, we would have a table set up with coffee at the ferry terminal (cups with our property logo and phone number) to give to the commuters as they went to work. We hit thousands of potential residents for minimal expense! Free coffee also works well at bus stops! What about paying tolls for commuters - have a staff member drop in toll money for the driver for exchange of a Property flyer.

2. Resident referrals - with a twist!
If a resident that works at a Preferred Employer refers a fellow employee...offer them a higher resident referral amount! That way you are guaranteed a new qualified Preferred Employer resident! Have a resident social once a month for all of the residents that work for your Preferred Employers and remind them of their special Resident Referral amount. It works and again it targets your qualified Preferred Employer Employees!

3. Go to local festivals and pass out Frisbees with your property logo!
Most areas have all types of festivals especially in the Fall or Spring and this is an inexpensive way to reach hundreds or maybe thousands of potential residents! It's fun and a great way to get your property name out there!
