Make Training More Interesting

*When sending the confirmation information for the seminar, also include one name and phone number of another person attending the seminar. This person now becomes your SEMINAR BUDDY. Ask each participant to call their "buddy" at least once before the seminar date. This really helps those participants that are apprehensive about going somewhere where they will know no one and have to "sit and make nice" with strangers.

As an added bonus: If everyone can bring a photo of themselves -- you can collect them during registration and tell everyone that they will meet their "buddy" as soon as everyone arrives. Each participant will choose a photo they think is their buddy. Give prizes for those guessing correctly.
