Bulletin Boards Increase Resident Participation

I wanted to share an idea with you. Reaching our residents is my most important challenge. I have tried newsletters, in-house videos and phone calls. None of which have worked like the Info-Board. I took bulletin board boarder and marked off large walls in the lobby, then filled the area with up-coming community events. To my surprise resident involvement has increased, for just the cost of a $4.00 border. In these tough financial times, this idea is low cost, and highly efficient.
