o Was I mentally and physically prepared?
o Was I focused on the person & their needs?
o Did I accurately assess the prospect�s needs and desires for their apartment?
o Did I adapt my communication style to that of the prospect?
o Did I accurately probe the prospect�s budget for their apartment?
o Did I find out exactly when, where, how and who would be making the decision to sign a lease?
o Did I obtain a definitive yes or no answer?
o If not, what was the reason?
o Did I let the prospect control the process so I could help lead them where they wanted to go?
o What did I learn from this experience that will help me with future transactions?
