Have a cookie exchange to celebrate Eat A Cookie Day on August 9th!

-This is an easy and fun way to bring residents together and create a sense of community.

-Simply send out invitations that include the date, time and where on the property to meet (a clubroom or even outdoor tables would work) and a request for a couple dozen of their homemade cookies. People who don't bake will probably still come for the cookies, but there should be enough bakers to appease the crowd!

-Everyone gets to try everyone else's cookies and bring home plates of the extras.

-You can really get creative and have contests or mix it up and have a cake exchange or appetizer party.
