Interactive Leasing With Post-Its

The main goal: To customize the sales process for prospects.

There are four pages of art -- the first and second pages are meant for you to put on brochures and in follow up letters to sell YOU. The third page sells features in your apartment (great view, the service team); and the last sells amenities (pool, fitness center, that you accept cats, etc.).

We use 3M's Post It Notes for Ink Jet & Laser Printers (Refill #Y2020), available at all office supply stores (e.g. Staples).

ARROW (pointing to big closet, soaking tub, extra storage, etc.)
Welcome Folder (Super Star Service)
Follow Up Letter (Hurry! Special Ends Saturday!)
