Here's a handy list of what your follow up emails should include:

o A friendly greeting using the prospect's name. If you do not know her name, use Dear Sir or Madam.

o Answers to any specific questions the prospect asked in her e-mail.

o A description of the types of apartments that your community has (based on specifications in inquiry).

o A brief description of your community.

o Top Three Reasons Residents Like Living At Your Community. (Or resident quote of the week.)

o A description of any attachments (applications, e-brochures, link to your web site), that will be sent in the following email.

o A call for action (visit our web site, call us now, return the email and we�ll call you, etc.).

o The leasing consultant's full name and title, your community name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and web address.

o List of office hours.
