Turn More Prospects Into CustomersOkay, you have a list of folks who visited your community� the trick now is turning those prospects into customers. Here is a sure fire way to do that.
Make Them An Offer They Can't Refuse
Your prospects like your apartment community, so how do you push the sale over the edge? Easy, offer a bonus she can't refuse.
Your bonus must have a high perceived value to your customers -- even if it costs you little or nothing. Bonuses can include choosing their own paint color (or carpet color if you need to replace the carpet); adding a ceiling fan, dishwasher or ice maker; the ability to use the pool or fitness center BEFORE move in (check with your attorney first!); a free move (pay for a moving van); $100 off the first month's rent, etc. The bonus can be anything your prospect would like and enough of an enticement to encourage them to act immediately.
TIP: Always include an expiration date for the offer. Make sure the expiration date is pretty quick - no more than two weeks for most bonus offers. This will motivate them to make the decision to live at YOUR apartment community right now. AND you must offer the same thing to EVERY prospect - for Fair Housing. Run the offer by your attorney before implementing it.
