Last year Mike Baldwin and his outreach marketing team at Fairfield Properties created traffic by celebrating World Smile Day (this year on October 5th). They filled cello bags with candy and included a note saying, “Happy World Smile Day compliments of XYZ Apartments.” The team members took the bags to local radio stations and got a few on-air mentions.

Go to our calendars on pages 16-17, choose a holiday, make up a goodie bag, and give to radio stations.
