#2 Make Your Own Furniture Cut Outs
Go to a crafts store or butcher and get rolls of butcher block paper.

Roll the paper onto the floor, and trace common furniture pieces onto the paper.

Cut out the furniture outlines and label them King Size Bed, Sleeper Sofa, Round Dining Room Table, etc.
Lay the cut outs on the floor of the vacant apartment.
Visibly showing prospects the furniture will fit will close more sales.

The added fun: Prospects will start to angle the cut outs as they lay out and arrange their furniture in the apartment.
