If the phone rings & a resident is talking to you...
Okay If I Answer That?Was how one salesperson put it when the phone started ringing while she was helping a customer.
The customer said, “Okay.”
So... note how she did this....
1) she led the customer with an Okay statement (you are more inclined to respond with Okay)
2) asked permission. That way the customer can’t really get mad that you took the call, since he gave you permission.
